The main website
The website code does not use cookies, local storage or tracking pixels for advertising or visitor analytics. Dashboard selections are held in the page while it is open. They are not saved as a profile or sent to a client system.
The enquiry builder creates text for your email app. Until you choose to send the email, it is not submitted to EQ Solutions by the website. Closing or reloading the page may clear what you entered.
Hosting and the feedback preview
Hosting and security services may process request information and use technologies necessary to deliver or protect the service. The separately hosted feedback preview at preview.eqsolutions.co.uk may use a Cloudflare bot-management cookie, __cf_bm, for security. It normally expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. This is distinct from adding advertising or analytics to the website.
A check of the main website on 14 October 2026 found no cookies set in the inspected responses. This describes the inspected behaviour, rather than a guarantee about every future hosting configuration.
External services
When you open an email app, LinkedIn or a partner website, that service controls its own cookies and processing. The site links to those services rather than embedding their tracking widgets.
Changes and questions
Before adding a technology that stores or accesses information on a visitor’s device, we must assess the relevant PECR requirements. Consent must be obtained where required; an exception must meet its specific conditions. We will update this notice and any required visitor controls if the website changes.
