How to contact us

Email engage@eqsolutions.co.uk, or write to EQ Solutions Consultancy Ltd, 21 Cambridgeshire Close, Ely, England, CB6 3BX. Include a brief description, the relevant page or engagement, your preferred contact method and the outcome you are seeking.

You do not need to use a particular form. If email is not accessible to you, ask for an alternative way to communicate. Avoid sending sensitive documents until an appropriate review method has been agreed. Employees can also speak directly with a manager or director.

How we will respond

A director or an appropriate person acting under their responsibility should review the concern, clarify relevant facts and explain how it will be handled. Where practicable, a person not directly involved in the issue should review it. We will give updates where more time is needed and communicate the outcome and any appropriate next action.

Information will be shared only as needed to review and respond, subject to legal obligations. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality. Retaliation against someone who raises an honest concern is unacceptable.

Data protection complaints

We will acknowledge a complaint about our handling of personal data within 30 days of receipt, investigate without undue delay and provide the outcome without unjustifiable delay. This is separate from the time limit for a request to exercise a data protection right.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office about the handling of your personal data. Our process does not remove that right. See the privacy notice for contact details and the rights request route.

If you remain concerned

Ask for the issue to be reviewed by a director and explain what you consider unresolved. Contractual dispute arrangements, employment grievance routes, protected disclosures and statutory rights remain available where applicable.

For an immediate danger or emergency, contact the relevant emergency services rather than waiting for a response through this website.
